Hi, I'm Teri!

In addition to being the founder of Achieve Quality of Life, I am a clinical psychologist, a consultant, and a spiritual coach.

I share more about the ways to work with me here! Within our containers, I can walk with you as you rediscover quality of life and step into your true power, find balance, and live a life in your highest purpose.

We can engage in traditional psychotherapy sessions (HSA/HRA accepted) and I also offer integrative modalities for those who wish to expand and unlock deeper shifts at the subconscious and energetic levels. I also offer concierge consulting services for clinics and agencies.
